Being a coach or assistant coach requires time, patience, and basic knowledge of the game of baseball. Keep an understanding that you may be required to attend occasional meetings or instructional sessions. 

 

You will manage communication with the parents and guardians of your players to inform them of any schedule changes, rainouts, and Little League events and activities.

 

As a coach, it is important that you understand the goals and mission of the Swan Valley Little League program in order to effectively communicate them to your players to maintain their teamwork, sportsmanship and enjoyment of baseball.
